As an Account Manager, Portfolio in JFrog you will... 

• Leverage BI tools to Grow existing business and acquire new business
• Work cross functionally with Finance, Engineering, SRE, Support, Sales Ops and Legal as needed
• Responsible for the success for the customer portfolio; analyze usage metrics to understand customers’ usage of JFrog’s product (evaluate product adoption)
• Contact customers throughout life cycle and discuss metrics and identify obstacles to increase adoption
• Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce
• Develop customer relationships to promote loyalty, cross sell, and upsell with expansion opportunities and renewals process for portfolio of customers and new business
• Work closely with Demand Generation team to drive and follow-up on targeted campaigns and increase usage
• Drive and help develop sales plans to strategically expand product adoption through sharing best practices and implement growth and optimization strategies for maximum value and success within customer base
• Manage sales pipeline across new business and upsell opportunities to Enterprise customers
• Partner closely with SDR/BDR team on inbound leads to maximize close ratio 
• Meet or exceed your quota for Inbound Sales Qualified Leads
• Responsible for  renewing existing business and expand within each account

To be an Account Manager, Portfolio in JFrog you need...

• 1+ years of experience in subscription sales or SDR/BDR previous roles 
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Driven, responsive, and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed in a fast paced, team environment
• High level of empathy - it’s important for our AM’s to be a good person to peers and prospects
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent  
• Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, creative and strong writing skills
• Experience in managing and owning the full sale cycle from lead to close
• Quota carrying experience including forecasting

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…

• At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
• This position has a base salary range between $60,000 to $90,000.  Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
• This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).  In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
• JFrog provides employees comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness and much more!
• Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
