Summary Reporting to the Senior Recruiting Manager, the Recruiting Partner will assist with staffing efforts and special initiatives that support the Southeast Region (Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee). This role will primarily involve building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and external organizations, managing reporting analytics, and supporting the recruitment of a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build relationships with Southeast Region leadership team to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Assist in source candidates through online channels, networking, and other creative methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Support recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or similar business area.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, AEC space recruitment experience preferred.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, external vendors, and diverse talent pools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
- Experience in reporting metrics/data analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Recruitment and Fair Recruitment Practices.
- Must be familiar with national labor market trends and the execution of effective processes to support operational recruitment strategies.
