Senior Team Member, Field Scheduler - 1st Shift - Starting Rate: $27.32/hour

*Training will require travel to Lenexa, KS facility for 3-4 weeks

What you will do -
As the Field Scheduler, you will be instrumental in ensuring Stryker’s clients have the medical devices needed to make healthcare better. You will also be responsible for the smooth running of a logistics operation, managing inventory by supporting the Sales Department.
Responsible for last inspection of products to ensure accuracy and to meet the needs of our customers
Build relationships with Sales Reps and Sales Managers to track and manage inventory levels at client sites
Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
Ensure on-time, complete, and accurate delivery of products to Stryker’s customers
Achieve operational excellence via team-based and product-focused orientation, capacity planning, continuous improvement, safety awareness, and cost reduction to be implemented, so timely, accurate deliveries are produced
Direct contributor toward strategic operations/logistic or inventory plans and programs
Build relationships with key stakeholders (Distribution, Field Operations, Sales Reps and Sales Managers) by collaborating in optimizing the supply chain
Work to achieve an environment that is free of safety hazards and improper ergonomic conditions while driving employee commitment to use safe work practices every day
Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications
What you need -
5+ years of relevant/professional experience - required
Experience in logistics, inventory, delivery, leadership, and customer service -preferred
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree - preferred
Valid Driver’s license with no restrictions - required
Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed - required
