This individual will have various responsibilities in supporting the accounting and finance activities for the Firm.</p> <h3>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</h3> <ul> <li>Manage the Firm’s accounts payable function, including processing, reconciling, monitoring, and reviewing accounts payable,</li> <li>Review and process expense reimbursements within firm policy,</li> <li>Participate in daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting activities for Adams Street,</li> <li>Process cash transactions and reconciliations.</li> </ul> <h3>Candidate Requirements:</h3> <p>We seek an individual who is self-disciplined, demonstrates creative thinking and has the following characteristics</p> <ul> <li>College graduate, ideally with a degree in Accounting</li> <li>Minimum of 3+ years of relevant accounting experience working in accounts payable</li> <li>Prior experience with Concur and its products required</li> <li>Prior experience with cash reconciliations</li> <li>Command of Microsoft applications with advanced level in Excel</li> <li>Working kn
