Senior Technical Sourcer - Fixed Term

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to join our ML Recruiting Team!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top of funnel support by finding, sourcing, and screening candidates for machine learning roles at Snap

• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit into the broader Snap Inc. organization

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company

• Use hiring metrics to develop and execute on new and more efficient sourcing solutions 

• Provide positive experience to Snap candidates

• Operate as sourcing maven, who is able to find untapped talent outside traditional means 

• Engage top talent with your personalized approach

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates using a variety of platforms and techniques

• Subject-matter expertise in machine learning recruitment & the ML hiring landscape

• Knowledge of diversity partnerships to help network with, nurture, and hire diverse talent

• Ability to effectively screen for technical competencies and values via phone screens

• Ability to understand technical skills, target companies, the industry landscape, and conferences

• Skilled in analyzing and organizing data and tracking metrics 

• Ability to tackle challenging problems 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Phenomenal customer service skills

• Strong organization and prioritization skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

• 5+ years of technical sourcing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience sourcing machine learning engineers and/or researchers 

• Experience with recruiting conferences and partnerships 

• Experience partnering with engineering leaders on hard-to-fill roles

• Passionate about technology and keeping up with the latest releases and changes in the industry
