Area Sales Representative

As we continue to grow in the Romanian market, we are looking for an Area Sales Representative to join our team in București.

Our key retail partners in the region include Dedeman and Leroy Merlin, where our products are actively represented.

Tasks

• Promote product visibility and brand standards in retail locations
• Ensure proper merchandising, shelf placement, and promotional execution
• Build strong relationships with store staff and partners
• Conduct product trainings for retail personnel
• Monitor product representation and suggest improvements
• Support sales growth through in-store activities
• Handle basic reporting and track competitor activity

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (ideally in non-food sectors like building materials, plumbing, or appliances)
• Personal car required (company car provided after the probation period)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-driven and focused on results
• Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated
