About the Role:

• Cruise is looking for a strong Technical Program Manager who will be responsible for managing and ensuring successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic commercial programs at scale
• In this high-profile high-impact position, you will work closely with executive leadership across the company to ensure programs meet business and execution goals
• You will oversee a portfolio of cross-organizational and cross-functional program plans, monitoring execution of these plans, and identifying and resolving critical-path issues and risks 

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving definition of Cruise-wide strategic programs delivering against Cruise’s top business objectives
• Facilitating executive decision making across the organization and managing relationships with Cruise internal and external strategic partners
• Setting and tracking progress against measurable program-level KPIs, holding teams and stakeholders accountable to meet them
• Owning, monitoring and reporting on program plans to cross-functional teams and executive forums
• Driving proactive identification of issues and risks with supporting cross-functional / organizational mitigation plans
• Creating, fostering and maintaining effective working relationships with multi-organizational and multi-functional groups in technical and non-technical areas

What you must have:

• 15+ years of direct hands on experience working in a cross-functional Program Management role launching products and/or services at scale 
• 6+ years managing a product or program portfolio or team
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence and facilitate executive decision making
• Strong process development and implementation experience, particularly for scale
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

 

The salary range for this position is $194,200 - 285,500. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
