The Data Partner is constantly scanning for untapped revenue streams, unaddressed challenges, and information gaps, then leveraging data insights to tackle them. By blending deep analytical know-how with a forward-looking business mindset, the Data Partner ensures that every decision in the domain is grounded in actionable intelligence.
This role is not a passive responder to requests, but a proactive contributor who understands and impacts the domain strategy, anticipates business questions, and drives the analytical agenda. Working closely with Analytics Engineers and the Data Platform Team, the Data Partner also helps define and evolve the data model to ensure analytics is scalable, consistent, and aligned with business priorities. Additionally, in collaboration with Data Scientists, they proactively identify opportunities for domain-specific algorithms, advanced analytics, and data-driven innovations that deliver incremental business value.

Deliver high-impact analysis & dashboards
Own end-to-end analysis cycles—from framing questions, gathering requirements, and querying data, to presenting actionable recommendations.
Implement, and monitor domain-specific A/B tests, ensuring rigorous methodology, reliable tracking, and clear interpretation of results to drive impactful business decisions.
Design and maintain domain-specific dashboards and metrics, ensuring clarity, trust, and usability.
Prioritize work based on business impact, not just request volume.
Influence and co-own the data model & semantic layer
Collaborate with Analytics Engineers to ensure both data models and the semantic layer reflect current business logic, metrics are consistent, and source tables are usable and documented.
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in the data model or semantic layer that block insight generation and work wit
