Overnight Service Liaison/Driver

Description

 Empire Hospitality, a federal contractor in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Service Liaison to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has a heart for service and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our guests. As a Service Liaison, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with our hotel partners while providing exceptional service to our guests. 

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Maintain positive relationships with hotel partners and guests
• Facilitate, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks
• Maintain strict schedules and meet demanding deadlines
• Respond to electronic communications in a timely and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Ensure all logistics are handled efficiently

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Additional Information for Overnight Shifts: For overnight shifts, driving the shuttle to transport applicants to and from the site will be required as needed. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.
