Position Title: Construction Quality Assurance Representative
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: Whiteman Air Force Base, MO
Employment Status: Full-Time. Most weeks are 40 hours, but flexibility is required as hours may vary, including longer days or non-weekday work, as project dictates.
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary: Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Construction Quality Assurance Representative to support the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) by performing Construction Management Services (CMS) at the Whiteman Air Force Base (WAFB) in Whiteman Air Force Base, MO. This position is contingent upon contract award.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure the safe, quality delivery of construction projects for the Whiteman Air Force Base Resident Office, predominantly the B-21 Raider Beddown Program
- Proactively engaging in all phases of the construction process, with a strong focus on verifying the contractor's adherence to contractual requirements, specifications, and industry best practices
- Identifying potential issues before they impact safety, quality, schedule, or cost
- Thoroughly reviewing contract plans, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals to gain a complete understanding of the project requirements
- Continuously observe construction activities on-site, evaluating the effectiveness of the contractor's Quality Control (QC) program and holding the contractor's QC management team accountable to ultimately deliver quality end product
- Actively communicating potential risks, recommending solutions, and collaborating with the contractor and Government team to ensure the successful execution of Whiteman Air Force Base projects
- Travel may be required to manufacturing sites in Missouri or Kansas
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Security Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain Common Access Card (CAC) clearance.
- Must be able to pass a security background check via fingerprint investigation and pass access request thru Trusted Associate Sponsorship System (TASS)
This position requires passing an extensive background check.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Minimum construction experience of 5 years
- Plan and specification interpretation expertise
- Knowledge of construction (means methods and techniques) and contract administration
- Knowledge in Building Codes and Standards
- Must possess a deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and testing procedures, with the ability to objectively assess the quality of workmanship and materials used on the project
