The Work You Will Do:
Maintenance Project Manager II/ District Seven/Director of Transportation/ District Maintenance.
This position will be the District Coordinator for the Adopt A Highway Program, Managing the Maintenance Boardwalk Program, Managing the Districtwide Maintenance Storm Sewer Pipe Program and will do Plans Reviews in ERC.

Anticipated Biweekly Salary:
$2,926.48
A Competitive Area Differential (CAD) additive in the amount of $478.40 will be added to the annual salary.
Your Specific Responsibilities:
Perform advanced work on the development, oversight, management, and administration of multiple contracts. Reviews, monitors, and coordinates the preparation, scheduling, and execution of work order driven, asset maintenance, and other performance based contracts, requiring an in-depth knowledge of contract and budget administration procedures. Administer all contract requirements including, but not limited to: complete Asset Maintenance Monitoring Plan, payment and retainage and/or penalties as required. Ensure timely encumbrance and expenditure of funds within the fiscal year time frame. Coordinate between the State Maintenance Office, Department of Corrections, District Maintenance Office, District Contracts Office, and local maintenance and construction offices to ensure the development and implementation of the Maintenance Contract Program. Monitor assigned projects to ensure the administration is in accordance with the contract documents and all department policies and procedures. Review contractor's technical proposals and serves as an advisor to Technical Review Committees as assigned.
