The Health Program Manager for Olin Health Initiatives will lead and organize the operations of a dynamic program with a fast-paced, start-up-like environment in the midst of a well established school of business. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Program Planning and Organization
- Develops and manages operational plans that align with the health initiative's objectives.
- Creates and maintains systems that enhance efficiency, ensures alignment across teams, and keeps the program running smoothly.
Adaptability and Problem Solving
- Adjusts plans and priorities in response to evolving needs in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proactively identifies challenges and develops innovative solutions, ensuring the program remains agile and continues to meet its goals effectively.
Task and Workflow Oversight
- Oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are coordinated and executed in alignment with program objectives.
- Monitors workflows and deadlines closely, ensuring the program stays on track and that no detail is overlooked.
Data Management and Reporting
- Tracks key program metrics and milestones to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Compiles clear, concise reports to inform leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Process Improvement
- Identifies inefficiencies within the program and implements improvements to streamline workflows.
- By refining processes, contributes to the program’s overall success and its ability to adapt to future challenges.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicates and coordinates with external stakeholders as needed to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Represents the program with professionalism, maintaining strong relationships while focusing on operational priorities.

$53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
