The Graduation Support Specialist plays a crucial role in increasing graduation rates and reducing absenteeism. This position collaborates with school staff and community partners to identify at-risk students, develop individualized graduation plans, and implement targeted interventions. The specialist monitors attendance, analyzes data, and organizes programs that support student engagement, ensuring students meet graduation requirements and fostering a culture of achievement.
