THE ROLE
The Senior Coordinator, Product Business Operations is primarily responsible for supporting business operations and leading process management for the Olympic and Paralympic Product teams. The Senior Coordinator works closely with the Manager and other team members across the functional area to develop and manage consistent processes related to business operations. This position will also own special projects with clear deliverables that enhance the efficiency and overall production of the team related to product development, sales, inventory management, event operations, accounting, guest services, and more.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate booking change management, taking point on trainings, documentation, delegation, escalation, and enhancing the process as business needs change.
Manage issue resolution as it relates to project management, workflow processes and business operations for product teams to utilize.
Proactively identify and communicate roadblocks and challenges, and present actionable solutions to leadership to ensure product team success and maintain momentum in product life cycle.
Develop documentation and presentations for operational accountability (e.g., SLAs, version control documentation, dashboards, progress tracking) for the Product team and other functional areas; share best practices across other workstreams.
Apply critical thinking skills to resolve internal and external issues regarding workflow process and business operations.
Implement and manage new workflow process by analyzing current methods and communication effectiveness, then identifying and communicating opportunities to streamline procedures that directly impact productivity.
Maintain working knowledge of Inventory Management System(s) and 3rd party systems to support the Product Operations Team with system work as needed.
