Executive Coordinator

Job Description

Support Vice President Operations (AA/MFG-Owt) on strategic initiatives in line with the plant vision and mission to shape the future of Owt. Lead plant initiatives and coordinate activities to drive benchmark performance.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Coordinate Strategy and Planning workshops for Owt (Vision, Mission & Strategy, Policy Deployment, Long-term Planning - Manufacturing, etc.)
• Facilitate senior-level groups, challenging discussions, and strategic topics, with documented results and follow-up actions
• Plan, prepare, and execute visits with internal and external stakeholders including respective presentations, documentation and follow ups
• Coordinate and align expectations for Value Stream Gemba, KPI review, Launch management, etc.
• Coordination of Plant Calendar, external-Bosch and customer visits, etc.
• Coordinate approvals, signature regulations, and controlled documents
• Prepare communication plan and material for management team to shopfloor

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S. in Business or Engineering field
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• High level of self-motivation, a passion for change and drive for success
• Strong oral and written communication skills (presentation and facilitation skills)
• Ability to work well across organizational hierarchies and functional disciplines
• Proven experience in project and change management
• Knowledge of Bosch products, business systems, organizational structure
• Strong time management, organization, and analytical skills; detail oriented
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively and independently
