Automotive Test Lead (eInfochips Inc.)

Job Description:

What you will be doing:

• Writing quality defects.

• Setting up test environment.

• Coordination with Onshore & Offshore teams. Facilitate effective communication between testing and development teams.

• Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills.

• Share knowledge with the team through training, documents, etc.

• Implement Automation solutions and maximize automation test coverage.

• Improve Testing Efficiency.

• Ensure customer deliverables are of the highest quality.

• Exposure to Complete Product Development Cycles.

• Exposure to ADAS, FuSa is preferable.

What we are looking for:

• 10+ yrs exp. with strong Linux/Android based Verification & Validation experience in Automotive Infotainment domain.

• Strong knowledge of Automotive Infotainment System Architecture (Software & Hardware).

• Extensive experience in validation of Car infotainment features at System, Integration & Component level on bench & In-Vehicle.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading a team of 5+ team members for Automotive Infotainment.

• Hands-on experience in test planning, test estimation & test reporting.

• Extensive hands-on experience in design & development of detailed test plans, quality test cases / use cases for Car Infotainment system.

• Extensive hands-on experience in performing technical reviews of test plans, release plans, test cases & use cases and ensuring the test case coverage.

• Strong Debugging / Troubleshooting skills to Analyze test results and identify the failure root cause. 

• Working knowledge of QNX/LINUX/Android and other embedded operating system.

Work Arrangement Fully On-Site: Must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$120,000- $130,000

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the offer.
