EquipmentShare is searching for a Senior Project Manager - People Analytics for our corporate office in Columbia, MO (or remote) to support our team as the department continues to grow.
Primary Responsibilities

- Seeking an executive project manager to support projects in People Analytics, especially at the nexus of Budgeting and Human Resources
- Work closely with People Analytics and Business Analytics leadership as well as other stakeholders to ensure large scale inflight projects are on track
- Confidently leads and facilitates all status meetings - coordinate, book, prepare, monitor attendance, distribute materials, draft meeting minutes and update program documentation
- Utilize project management software platform to track deadlines on multiple projects and hold others accountable to deliver on expectations
- Proactively identifies potential issues before they negatively impact the project, and facilitate necessary conversations to craft solutions to all issues
- Ensures documentation repository is up to date for all project documentation, business/technology documents related to the initiatives/projects/programs
- Reviews and provides input to Executive Team reports and presentations; takes inputs from multiple areas/teams and consolidates in summarized strategic level leadership materials
- Provide overall program communication and work with all areas affected by the program/project including partners, business sponsors and vendors

Skills & Qualifications
-
- 3+ years project management experience, preferably Agile methodology
- Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment. The individual must be organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak on behalf of leadership
- Experience developing presentations to senior leadership
- Strong ability to adapt and be flexible within the scope of a given project as vision, priorities, and timelines shift
- Experience with People Analytics, Workforce Budgeting, and/or Human Resources project planning
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing and motivating teams with no direct authority over them
