Safely, privately, and confidently. The purpose of the Sr. Product Manager – Mobile is to build innovative mobile security products. This is a dual role that requires managing the business of mobile security products along with building a mobile platform that facilitates building independent applications for the rest of the products within Gen brands (Norton, Avast, AVG, Avira, Lifelock, CCleaner etc.)</p><p></p><p>This position is  a dual role, responsible for mobile security product line but also iOS and android platform for other products in our portfolio</p><p></p><p>What you will do in the role:</p><ul><li>In cooperation with the Product Lead, set product priorities to ensure world-class mobile security products are delivered to the markets.</li><li>Plan and prioritize product roadmaps based on customer needs, business goals, and the lifecycle of the product.</li><li>Leading and motivating own and other cross-functional teams by defining a compelling product vision and product strategy</li><li>Keep track of new trends in the mobile security domain and create new trends by innovating own product.</li><li>Create modular and standard functional and User experience architecture to cater to the needs of different products under different brands.</li><li>Work closely with product marketing, sales, and engineering, to ensure the right features, positioning, pricing, and promotions for all routes to market.</li><li>Codify feedback from the market to outline emerging customer needs, features, and functional requirements from which the development teams can design, build, test, and implement new products and offerings.</li><li>Align multiple teams to ensure all teams are working towards a common goal.</li></ul><p></p><p>What you need to be successful in the role:</p><ul><li>Experience with mobile apps product management - iOS and android skillset required</li><li>Passion for building digital products and learning new skills.</li><li>Ability to learn and move fast.</li><li>Solid experience and proven results in software product management and development</li><li>Experience with customer and market research</li><li>Ability to work with concepts and prototypes.</li><li>Ability to test, learn and optimize the user experience.                                       </li><li>Ability to influence and deliver results.</li><li>Experience with agile development methodology</li><li>Good understanding of and interest in cybersecurity</li><li>Strong communication skills, and proficiency in written and verbal English</li></ul><p></p><p>Benefits: </p><ul><li>Annual bonus scheme</li><li>Unlimited PTO (paid time off), flexible working hours &amp; home office.</li><li>The chance to join a major global tech company listed on the S&amp;P 500.</li><li>Opportunity to learn and work with the best in the Digital Security industry.</li><li>Cafeteria points are provided by Benefit Plus (meal plan, pension insurance, travel, free time activities, multisport card, and much more).</li><li>Tuition reimbursement for job-related courses</li><li>Learning &amp; Development plan.</li><li>Sustainable home improvement bonus</li><li>Mac/Windows laptop and mobile phone</li>
