If you have a passion for technology and innovation, and want to contribute to challenging projects, this opportunity is for you!</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Point of contact between INETUM and the client for the manufacturing business area</li><li>Ensure fluid communication with other business domains to ensure seamless integration</li><li>Develop, together with the client, the maintenance and new development activity plan, respecting the CORE solution</li><li>Ensure compliance with service levels, SLAs, and response times</li><li>Ensure the resolution of incidents, business incidents, and service requests</li><li>Support the technical team with functional requirements</li><li>Ensure testing is performed and test evidence is documented</li><li>Provide information for the ticketing tool</li><li>Operationalize the third-party relationship plan and ensure the first level of resolution of conflicts and problems that may arise in support.</li><li>Resolve operational issues: participate in the Operational Management Committee and prepare supporting documentation for these meetings (e.g., status of high-priority orders, critical incidents, activity plan)</li><li>Responsible for tickets and backup for the work of team members in their domain</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Technical specialist in the SAP Manufacturing functional domain</li><li>Strong Knowledge of the modules: PP,  S4Hana PP-DS and or APO PP-DS</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Portuguese and <strong>English</strong>)<ul><li>English level B2 or higher</li></ul></li><li>Good analytical skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Driven to teamwork</li><li>Knowledge in Chemical, Pharmaceutical or Foods Industries</li></ul>
