JOB SUMMARY:

Dynamic role focused on road condition inspections and traffic control management. This position requires a strong customer service mindset, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction safety practices. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet time-sensitive deadlines while working both independently and as part of a team. The position demands, the ability to work in various weather conditions, and a commitment to safety.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• Bachelor’s or associate Degree preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-5 years of related progressive work experience. Entry – level candidates with relevant coursework or internship experience will also be considered.

License or Certification

• Valid Driver’s License from state of employment, required. Posses or have the ability to obtain Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Current Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) certification

Specialized Skills

• Strong customer service skills
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Detail oriented, highly organized, ability to work independently or as part of a team
• High level understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English
• Effective oral and written communication English required
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet time sensitive deadlines
• Has knowledge of construction safety practices
