About the job

The Corporate Analytics and Insights team in our Global Finance team is looking for a Senior Finance Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Specialist to drive EPM planning and forecasting capabilities, including system enhancements, automations, and governance. Our team partners with FP&A to deliver reliable budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling aligned to strategic goals. 

As a Senior Finance Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Specialist, you will: 

  • Own end‑to‑end design, build, testing, and rollout of Oracle Cloud PlanningLead architecture and configuration across Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, and Strategic Modeling to support annual planning, rolling forecasts, and long‑range strategic planning in a single, integrated EPM framework.
  • Translate FP&A business requirements into scalable, driver‑based planning modelsPartner with Group FP&A and local finance teams to design scenarios, versions, KPIs, and assumptions that align operational drivers to financial outcomes.
  • Develop and optimize business rules, calculations, and metadataBuild high‑performing planning logic (Groovy preferred), templates, dashboards, and workflows; continuously tune models for accuracy, performance, and usability.
  • Design and manage integrations and data governanceLead integrations from GL and Close into Planning; coordinate with IT on master/reference data, automation, reconciliations, and data quality controls.
  • Migrate and industrialize critical Excel‑based models into Oracle EPMRationalize reports and planning processes, replacing uncontrolled spreadsheets with auditable, governed EPM solutions.
  • Lead testing, training, and adoption across FP&ADrive unit, system, and UAT cycles; develop documentation and deliver hands‑on training to ensure successful planning cycles and sustained adoption.
  • Provide solution leadership and delivery oversightRun client workshops, manage timelines/risks/issues, review team outputs, coach junior staff, and ensure adherence to EPM best practices, governance, and methodologies
  • Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization's secure software development goals.

Required qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
  • Typically requires eight years’ experience working in financial or accounting systems support. Experience in the following areas desired: change management and process analysis, systems implementation, administration, auditing, and financial reporting. Experience directly related to area of assignment may be used to satisfy the above requirements.
  • Experience leading at least one end‑to‑end Oracle EPM Planning implementationIncluding design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing rolling forecasts and long‑range planning solutionsWithin Oracle EPM Planning or comparable enterprise planning platforms.
  • Strong experience designing driver‑based planning modelsIncluding scenarios, versions, and alignment across annual plan, forecast, and strategic planning cycles.
  • Proven ability to partner with FP&A stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutionsServing as a functional liaison between finance users, IT, and implementation partners. 
  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
