OTC Markets Group Inc., operator of premier US financial marketplaces, is seeking a VP, Senior Investor Relations Success Manager to join our Corporate Services team. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for OTC Markets corporate issuer clients throughout the customer lifecycle; build and maintain strong, trusted relationships and develop a deep understanding of client needs.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for managing client relationships with clear and compelling data ensuring long term success and growth.
- Accelerate success for newly traded companies, close the gap in investor experience for currently traded companies, engage large cap clients to support continued success
- Partner with existing clients to build business expansion opportunities in collaboration with the corporate services business development team.
- Create and implement digital education on how to use our OTCQX, OTCQB, and OTCID trading markets to create an informational and operational experience comparable to exchange listed companies.
- Develop and implement a strategy for new OTCQX companies to create a consistent digital footprint across the U.S. financial market data and trading ecosystem.
- Ensure client relation by conducting regular check-in calls and strategic business reviews.
- Drive organic expansion of the business.
- Identify areas to change the status quo to reduce market imperfections.
- Drive improvement initiatives relating to all aspects of the customer experience.
- Educate clients on OTC Markets platforms, content, and technologies.
- Additional responsibilities, as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, either at a NYSE or NASDAQ listed company.
- Comprehensive understanding of Investor Relations at U.S. exchange listed companies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain the value proposition and leverage business to assess client needs and drive adoption.
- Expertise in leading meetings with strong presentation skills to engage with executives and leaders.
- Demonstrated experience with project planning and tracking milestones.
- Salesforce CRM experience helpful.
- Up to 25% travel required for this role.
