St. Jude is looking for a Clinical Lead in their Home Health Care. Under the direction of and in collaboration with the Home Care leadership team, the Clinical Staff Leader is accountable for promoting high quality patient care through efficient and effective management of their assigned Residence/area. Provides front-line clinical oversight, staff development, and serves as a liaison between patient/family, staff and other health team members.

This Clinical Lead position will support the Community Division and primarily see patients in homes/residences in Shelby, Fayette and Tipton counties.

Minimum Education and/or Training:

• Graduate from and accredited school of nursing. RN and BSN required.

Minimum Experience:

• Five (5) years of nursing experience required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required by Law:

• (LC: RN-TN) Must possess a current Tennessee State Board of Nursing license if primary residence is Tennessee or a Nurse Licensure non-Compact State
• Valid driver's license for state of residence if operating a vehicle for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required by SJCRH Only:

• One of the following is preferred:
• Certified Pediatric Oncology Nurse (CPON) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
• OR
• Certified Nurse Manager and Leader Certification (CNML) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)

Compensation

In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $78,000 - $139,360 per year for the role of Clinical Lead - Home Care - Community Division.
