The Standard Missile 2 program has an immediate opening for an ambitious Finance professional to join our team as a Principal Financial Analyst. In this high-visibility role, you will have primary responsibility for two large production contracts and cash receipts across the SM-2 Production portfolio.

You will be a strategic business partner to the program functional teams; responsible for financial reporting, EAC development, and providing insightful analysis to program and finance stakeholders. You will work with multiple customers and contract types (DOD, FMS, and DCS) and interact with various levels of management. As a member of the SM-2 Production Finance team, you will be joining a friendly, high-performing group that values collegiality, openness, and mutual respect.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinating and managing the quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) process for two major EACs.
  • Supporting the cash collection process across the SM-2 Production portfolio by forecasting billings and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely cash receipts.
  • Serving as a leader for EAC execution across the SM-2 portfolio.
  • Supporting internal Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance
  • Preparing weekly and monthly program reports

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic
  • Typically requires 5+ years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3+ years prior relevant experience
  • Experience with program financial execution and EACs
  • Experience with Microsoft tool suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), including advanced Excel skills

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and/or reconciliations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight and prioritize workload
  • Detailed understanding of key financial and program execution metrics
  • Understanding of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
  • Ability to frame and interpret issues for Management
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Ability to work in an autonomous work environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Self-starting, motivated individual with excellent written and oral communication skills

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
