The Role at a Glance
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager will consult/analyze and deliver on marketing assignments/projects for distribution digital marketing team. They will also serve as a resource in coordinating the-end-to-end delivery of best-in-class marketing campaigns while collaborating with internal stakeholders which include, but is not limited to, marketing partners, creative services, data and analytics and strategic business partners.
What you'll be doing
- Provides consultation and analysis on the design, build, execution and analysis of digital marketing, lead and demand generation and nurturing marketing campaigns
- Monitors campaigns performance and delivery throughout the life of the campaign, and assists in the development of best practices/solutions to improve campaign processes and define metrics to measure process effectiveness
- Conducts progressively more complex campaign testing including but not limited to A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, creative and copy to continually improve campaign effectiveness
- Serves as a resource for testing and quality assurance procedures to ensure marketing automation programs are functioning as expected
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders including marketing managers and strategic business partners to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers and retain clients
- Builds and activates email journeys and automations with in salesforce marketing cloud
What we’re looking for
Must Haves:
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 3-5+ Years’ experience in a marketing campaign role that aligns directly to the responsibilities of this role
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar campaign tool highly preferred
- Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.
- Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.
- Finds common ground and can gain collaboration among management, colleagues and peers; can influence outcomes without directing or commanding.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
