Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.  Raytheon has an immediate opening for a Senior Industrial Security Analyst position available in Largo, Florida.  This is a multi-faceted position working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.  You will help develop, administer and maintain a comprehensive security program in accordance with the 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).  You must be able to obtain a Top Secret government security clearance within six months of employment. 

What Yoou Will Do

  • Maintain security databases and personnel security records in accordance with company and government requirements.
  • Perform various employee in-processing/out-processing security briefings/debriefings.
  • Assist with maintaining Security Education plan
  • Process classified visits, incoming and outgoing.
  • Maintain accurate records within the Visitor Management System (VMS), ensuring that all visitor requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate access control records, update security personnel access lists and databases accordingly.
  • Grant access to secure areas based on requirements for each.
  • Provide security guidance and answer security related questions to employees.
  • Assist the implementation and maintenance of security protocols, procedures, standards, and document control processes throughout the life cycle.
  • Assist with security self-inspections and audits, initiates actions to correct deficiencies and improve the overall security posture across programs. 
  • Participate in a team environment to develop, update, and implement security policies and procedures in coordination with the company policies and government regulations.
  • Support other Industrial Security roles and assignments as needed

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in related field and 2 years of DoD Security related experience
  • Experience in Industrial Security, Personnel Security and Visitor Management, in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with 32 CFR Part 117  (NISPOM).
  • Experience with Visitor Management requirements.

  • Working knowledge of VMS
  • Working knowledge of Resolver

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
