In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting content and feature development by partnering closely with stakeholders across the studio and publisher. Your work will directly influence the quality, clarity, and timeliness of one of the industry’s most iconic franchises.</p><p></p><p>We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, who can anticipate challenges, solve complex problems, and help teams stay aligned, focused, and moving forward.Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Partner with Directors and Leads across multiple time-zones, to define long-term schedules, feature roadmaps, and sprint goals that guide teams toward successful, high-quality deliveries.</p></li><li><p>Drive the production of features and content from concept through completion, balancing multiple high-priority initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Translate strategic goals into actionable plans. Managing timelines, setting expectations, and aligning cross-discipline teams around shared outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Maintain real-time visibility on project status and surface risks early, driving resolution through collaboration and clear communication.</p></li><li><p>Immerse yourself in the day-to-day with teams.
