The Program Manager will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation projects that drive strategic change across the organization. 

The key responsibilities include leading initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and performance of real estate functions by leveraging deep expertise in relevant processes, strategies, tools, and technologies.

As a subject matter expert, the individual will provide comprehensive technical and functional insights to identify, evaluate, and develop solutions for consolidating functions acting as a liaison to IT for requirements.

 This role requires an individual with deep experience in managing cross-functional programs, particularly in the consolidation of functions from multiple organizations, and a strong understanding of agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end program management for complex transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Drive the consolidation of functions and processes from multiple organizations, creating synergies and streamlining operations. Establish and manage program governance, ensuring clear decision-making processes and stakeholder alignment.


2. Agile & SAFe Project Management: Apply agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks to manage program execution, ensuring iterative progress, continuous improvement, and high-quality deliverables. Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure that teams are following best practices. Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other key stakeholders to define and prioritize program backlogs. 


3. Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success criteria. Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner. Foster strong relationships across multiple organizations to ensure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.


4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the program, including potential impacts on timelines, budgets, and resources. Develop contingency plans and escalate issues when necessary to ensure program success.


5. Change Management: Lead change management efforts, ensuring that impacted teams are prepared and supported throughout the transformation process. Develop and execute communication plans to keep all relevant parties informed and engaged.


6. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor program performance against KPIs and deliverables, ensuring that the program stays on track to meet its objectives.

Generate regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


The role demands leadership in day-to-day prioritization, scheduling, and resource allocation for the team, ensuring client needs are met, and projects are completed on time while maximizing resource utilization for optimal outcomes.

Project management is a significant component, involving overseeing and advancing strategic projects from inception to completion, contributing to project business cases, and managing process improvement, team productivity, methodology, and standards.

Furthermore, the individual will provide on-the-job training to develop team members' operational and technical expertise, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Education: Typically a Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Typically requires 8 or more years of experience.

Supervisory: No. While the role does not include supervisory responsibilities, it involves overseeing and driving strategic projects to successful completion.

This position is located in Dallas, TX.  There is No Relocation assistance provided.
