Why You’ll Love Working Here
This is an incredible opportunity to join a respected, high-integrity private practice with a loyal team, stable patient base, and room for growth. You’ll be stepping into a successful practice that’s been thriving for over a decade, owned by a clinician who values kindness, competence, and doing the right thing for his patients. Patients know this office for its exceptional care, and the team is the kind that stays for decades (literally).
This role is opening as a long-time associate transitions into retirement, and it comes with immediate demand, modern technology (CEREC, CBCT, intraoral cameras, and more), and a potential path to partnership. You’ll have the tools, the autonomy, and the mentorship to thrive here.
If you’re looking for a drama-free, production-steady, people-first practice that respects your time and talent, this could be your dream fit.
You’ll be a great fit if you’re a confident, ethical dentist who communicates clearly and recommends only what’s best for each patient, someone eager to grow within the practice and pursue future ownership, a provider who thrives on autonomy while collaborating with a respectful team; and someone who values the steady pace and community-first spirit of a small town.
This isn’t the right role for you if you over-diagnose or push unnecessary upsells, need daily supervision or frequent case bailouts, chase external validation or production quotas over quality care, or rely on fast-talking or evasive communication rather than honest patient dialogue.
Our Core Values
- Timeliness – Patients are always seen on time. We run a tight and respectful schedule. Unlike most dental practices where patients expect to wait, ours expect to be seen on time.
- Loyalty and Longevity—Many team members have been with us for 10 to 30 years. Our extremely low turnover culture stems from humility among all team members, mutual respect, and a collaborative approach to working together on both good and bad days.
- Integrity – We value long-term relationships with our patients. As a result, we believe in clear, upfront treatment planning, diagnosis and providing patients with options in their best interest.
- Respectful Communication – We treat all patients, team members, and other healthcare professionals with equal respect. We can all learn something from the team.
