Product Strategy and Business Development Manager | Hybrid

What you do:

This position will develop the overall product strategy for the Growth Portfolio in collaboration with the Business Line Sponsors.  This includes managing business case concepts, strategic roadmaps, and go-to market strategies that are accurate, and support decision-making.  You will also provide project leadership of key strategic projects necessary to advance business line roadmaps.  Critical to the success of this position is managing interactions with key stakeholders and business partners to support the efficacy of the content produced and delivered. You will report to the Sr. Director of Product Strategy and Business Development.

• Develop business case concepts, strategic roadmaps, and/or go-to-market strategies for at least two business lines, sourcing content from subject-matter experts to ensure full evaluation of all business considerations for Allianz Life.  Ensure consistency of format, and efficacy of presentation across product lines.  Identify and raise potential contention points across product lines to Business Line Sponsors.
• Facilitate the product development life cycle to ensure adherence to product development-related controls.
• Provide project leadership for key strategic projects in service of business line strategic roadmaps.

 

What you bring:

• 4+ years of experience required including experience leading multiple projects and coordinating with stakeholders and business units
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Experience in new strategy development and/or project management
• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship. We do not offer sponsorship for this position.

 

Base Salary Range $78,000-156,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
