Location: Tallahassee, Florida
Hourly Rate: 27.72 −39.60 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case)
Shift Differentials:

• Night Shift: +$3/hour

• Weekend Shift: +$2/hour

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic medical-surgical team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient health assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

• Advocate for patient safety and well-being.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Educate patients and families about treatments and medications.

• Manage clinical situations autonomously.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in Florida.

• Experience: 1+ year of recent nursing experience (acute care preferred; LTAC experience considered).

• Certifications:

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months.

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Work Environment:

• Patient-to-Nurse Ratio: 1:5 - 1:6.

• Shift Options:

  • Day Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM (rotating weekends).

  • Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM (rotating weekends).
