Job Title: Temporary Maintenance Technician – Affordable Housing

Location: Parkside Manor located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Temporary Maintenance Technician to support our senior affordable housing community. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with the potential to become long-term based on performance and property needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas

• Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance emergencies

• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure building systems are operating safely and efficiently

• Maintain the appearance and functionality of the property to meet compliance and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience in multifamily or affordable housing preferred

• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair

• Strong customer service skills and professionalism when interacting with residents

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
