The Role at a Glance

We’re excited to bring on an Executive Administrative Assistant for the Chief Information Officer.  The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role will provide direct administrative and operational support to the CIO, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. 

 

*This position will require you to be in the office 2-3+ days in Radnor and will flex based on needs. 
 

What you'll be doing

  • Administrative Support: Provide executive-level administrative support to the CIO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes. Attend meetings as necessary to take notes and track action items. 
  • Communication Management: Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CIO.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing and tracking key IT projects, ensuring timely progress and successful completion.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Office Management: Ensure the efficient operation of the CIO’s office, including organizing files, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. 
  •  Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the CIO and other departments, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication. • Event Planning: Assist with organizing departmental events, conferences, and executive-level meetings. 
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare and manage expense reports and ensure timely processing of reimbursements. 

What we’re looking for

  • 3 - 5+ Years of executive or clerical/administrative experience or in a complex corporate environment supporting senior and/or executive management aligned with the responsibilities for this position. (Required)
  • Strong excel, reporting and power point skills required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with the most highly sensitive information.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with strong ability to get things done.
  • Energetic, responsive team player interested in taking initiative and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work overtime if needed.

The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $50.70 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law.
