Retail Loyalty Manager

Position Summary:

In the position of Retail Loyalty Manager, you will be developing and executing content strategies for our loyalty programs across multiple channels, including email, social media, mobile apps, and in-store.

Essential Job Functions:

• Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Support Director of Retailer Loyalty for bottler / chain integration efforts. This will require meeting with bottlers & chains to secure integration for new markets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, communication opportunities and the ensure brand consistency.
• Produce high-quality, engaging content, including articles, newsletters, social media posts, videos, and more.
• Build relationships with MEC sales departments, to ensure alignment with business changes and goals & Work with commercialization & sales teams to adapt programs, offers, and incentives for the community as needed.
• Plan and execute loyalty program campaigns to drive retailer engagement and participation.
• Use customer data and insights to tailor content and offers to specific segments of the loyalty program.
• Engage with customers through various communication channels, responding to inquiries and feedback promptly.
• Support rewards store backend and front-end inventory, shipping, app user customer support.
• Provide loyalty recaps of programs in a clear conscience visual way for bottler / brand and sales teams.

Position Requirements:

• Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, PR
• Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in Strong customer service, communication, project management
• Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in word processing applications, spreadsheets, presentation software, and social media management tools Experience in Power Point, Word, Excel, Clickup, Contentful, Magento, SAP
• Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience with CMS and social media platforms.

Base Salary Range: $78,750 - $105,000
