About this opportunity

Welcome to the AWM Architecture team. We add value by architecting next generation digital solution, product and service offerings for Nordea customer regarding Savings and Investments. As an Enterprise Architect, you’ll play a valuable role in defining how our change initiatives can meet customer and business demands by providing easy to follow architecture designs and guidelines.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work closely with primary stakeholders in AWM and across the Nordea Group, incl. subsidiaries like Nordea Asset Management and Nordea Life & Pension in the Nordic
• Adding knowledge and supporting the AWM Architecture team to improve
• Draw on existing architectures and technology standards to determine feasible options
• Help reducing the complexity at Nordea through reuse of solutions and components
• Drive design decisions for the the solution architecture and document the result
• Interact with build teams to ensure the architecture is communicated properly
• Interact with the wider architecture community to facilitate learning and maturation
• Work with systematic documentation in Architecture Tools 

You’ll join a dynamic and experienced international team. The role is based in Gdańsk; Gdynia; Helsinki; Stockholm; Warszawa.

Your experience and background: 

• Driving solution architecture designs in banking or similar industries
• Demonstrated experience in strategic architecture
• Driving alignment and resolving conflicts across stakeholders like Product Owners, Legal, Developers, Operations etc.
• Contributing constructive feedback to fellow architecture community members and contributing to the maturation of the architecture practice 
• 5-10 years of acting in the IT Architecture field
