Job Description
The Director, Data Operations and Reporting will work with cross-functional teams across the world and external partner to deliver investment and competitive reporting and support global media operation functions. The role requires a strong knowledge of the clients’ business, and the ability to apply business and media understanding against the reporting and operational deliverables.
They will work closely with the SVP in establishing project outcomes and will be able to able to lead a geographically dispersed team to align on a clear understanding of project deliverables and drive them to successful completion. They will collaborate with cross-market teams to resolve global media network operational issues, champion local market connections and advocate for global network connectivity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the collection, aggregation, QA and reporting of Investment data across 70+ markets.
- Oversee collection, cleansing, classification and QA of competitive data across 45+ markets.
- Manage a geographically dispersed team for data governance and compliance.
- Collaborate with Data Science team in enhancement of reporting dashboard.
- Identify, assess, and implement strategic operational capabilities with the ability to detect and translate a story behind numbers/data.

Compensation Range: $115,500 - $194,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
