About the role

Description

As the Software Cyber Integration Lead, you will utilize your knowledge and expertise in testing processes, procedures, and implementation requirements in support of NAVAIR Program Office PMA-262. This position is based at NAS Patuxent River, MD with some flexibility for telework. 


What You'll Do:

As the Software Cyber Integration Lead, you will be the CYBER Integrator for all PMA-290 software (SW) products. Responsibilities will include:

  • Planning CYBER roadmaps for all SW products
  • Planning, preparing, and reviewing all CYBER artifacts for IATT and ATO submissions
  • Completing bi-weekly CYBER reviews with all providers, updating statuses on all CYBER products
  • Conducting CYBER threat briefs for the SW team
  • Leading and conducting CYBER integration and testing efforts in the lab

Requirements

Who You Are:


The Software Cyber Integration Lead will have the following education, skills, and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related STEM field is preferred. If no degree is held, candidates must have at least 15 years of related experience.
  • 10 years of related experience, with at least 3 years of experience supporting a DoD/NAVAIR program
  • You are able to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • You have professional and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You take a proactive approach to your work and you're able to accomplish tasks with limited guidance and supervision
  • You have demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Your organizational skills are impressive, allowing you to effectively manage competing priorities

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • This position will require an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Position may require a CI polygraph; candidate must be willing to submit to a polygraph test if required.
