We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mobility Finance & Controlling Manager to join our Mobility team. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in finance and controlling, along with a strong interest in mobility subjects, including electro-mobility, public transportation, bicycles, and mobility budget offerings. 
This role entails monitoring all financials regarding our mobility processes, while being responsible for reporting and managing the operational follow-up of these financials. Meanwhile you ensure seamless communication and collaboration with finance department colleagues and our mobility officers 
Key Responsibilities
Financial Monitoring & Reporting

• Oversee and manage the financial monitoring, reporting, and follow-up processes for the mobility and fleet department. 
• Coordinate and prepare the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. 
• Prepare and present financial reports to the Head of Mobility & Fleet and other stakeholders. 
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. 
• Coordinate with key suppliers (leasing companies, fleet suppliers, energy providers) and contribute to periodical evaluation with respect to performance management

Collaboration & Communication 

• Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with colleagues from the finance department to ensure alignment and effective communication. 
• Collaborate with various teams (internal & external) to gather and analyze financial data related to mobility and fleet management. 

Team Management

• Manage and mentor the Mobility Finance & Controlling Officer, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and performance. 

Tool Proficiency

• Utilize various tools for fleet management, data visualization, and SAP to enhance financial analysis and reporting. 
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Let's talk about you

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Proven experience (5+ years) in finance and controlling, preferably within the mobility or fleet management sector. 
• Fluent in English and Dutch/and or French.
