The Commercial Services Associate is responsible for ensuring data accuracy that enables seamless end-to-end execution of customer orders, from the briefing process to final delivery. This role works closely with Sales, Sales Coordination, Customer Experience, and Field Development Managers (FDMs) to drive a customer-centric approach that supports the company’s objective of achieving focused, profitable growth.

Your key responsibilities

• Ensure commercial excellence through support in strategic planning, system efficiency and auditing, and interaction with the sales team.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of systems and data based on systematic audit and checks
•  Responsible for customer master data including introduction of contract manufacturers and working with sales team on
• Own ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested by sales teams
• Enforce follow up of Accounts Receivables with sales teams following escalation by credit and collection
