(LMSW) – Mental Health Therapist
  Are you a fully licensed LMSW ready to grow your career and make an impact?
Ellie Mental Health – Clinton Township is seeking a compassionate, motivated therapist to join our team. This role allows you to do what you love — help clients thrive — while also offering opportunities for leadership, such as supervising Limited Licensed clinicians as the clinic grows.

We’re only considering fully licensed LMSWs for this position.

💼 What We Offer

• Production-based compensation model: Base hourly rate plus commission

🧑‍⚕️ What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy for teens, families, and adults (experience with children and couples is a plus)
  
  
• Evaluate, diagnose, and maintain treatment plans
  
  
• Deliver excellent client care with creativity and innovation
  
  
• Collaborate with a supportive, team-based culture
  
  
• Opportunity to Supervise and mentor LLMSWs
  
  
• Partner with the Clinic Director as the clinic expands
  
  

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in social work or related field
  
  
• Active LMSW license in Michigan (full clinical licensure required)
  
  
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  
  
• Experience in private practice strongly preferred
  
  
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus (not required)
  
  
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and case notes
  
  
• Tech-savvy (Office 365 & EHR systems; Valant is a plus)
  
  
• Ability to model and maintain healthy professional boundaries
  
  

📅 Expectations

• Full-time caseload averaging 25 client sessions per week
  
  
• In-office counseling required at least 4 days/week
  
  
• Regular 1:1s with Clinical Director + monthly team meetings
