Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1. developing, implementing, and evaluating business processes; 2. utilizing knowledge of sexual harassment/assault (SHARP) programs; AND 3. managing a variety of administrative service operations (e.g., reports, personnel, records, travel, events, supply, etc.) necessary for efficient and effective organizational mission accomplishment. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-11.
