- Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and their families to ensure comfort and understanding
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding in accordance with dietary needs
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and light exercise or physical activity
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and errands
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
- Assist with medication reminders and scheduling of appointments
- Experience in using Hoyer Lift and transfers
- 12 hour shifts
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is required
- Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
