Retail Cashier

Provide fast and friendly guest service, manages inventory, operates cash register, and maintains the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.

• Services customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Ensures all shelves are thoroughly stocked and filled. 
• Prices all merchandise.
• Cleans and maintains cleanliness of countertops and fronts of counters, windows, doors, and tops of shelves. 
• Sweeps/vacuums all floors. 
• Empties all garbage receptacles and replaces liners as necessary. 
• Prepares food and washes dishes according to all sanitation policies and procedures.
• No supervisory or management authority.
• The duties of this position are primarily performed in indoor climate conditions and exposure to smoke. 
• Position will require physical, visual and mental efforts due to nature of job. 
• Performs other job-related duties as required.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) including previous cash handling and customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to maintain a professional status through interface with customers.
• Able to maintain a professional working relationship with management and co-workers.
