Job Description

The Data Analyst Associate will join the Innovation Operations team and support the BI Manager in building a new high-profile visualization dashboard. As part of the PMO office, you will also have an opportunity to learn about ServiceNow while gaining broad business experience.  

• Assist the operations BI Manager in creating visualization dashboards and reports.
• Write and modify queries to create reports.
• Work cross-functionally with different business units to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
• Use data analytics techniques to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in large data sets.
• Support ad-hoc reporting for various business units.
• Collaborate with an innovative team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Applied Mathematics/Statistics, or an MIS graduate between Dec 2023-June 2024 
• SQL knowledge
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Experience with Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
• A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus. 
• Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion. 
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and adapt to a flexible and fast-paced environment. 
• Highly organized and efficient. 
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills. 
• Ability to build meaningful business relationships
• An ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. 
• A previous internship experience is a plus. 

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base rate of $31.39 per hour, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.  Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
