What does the Quality Systems and Benefits Specialist do?

The Quality Systems and Benefits Specialist is responsible for managing routine benefit applications for individuals under agency representation (including Medicaid, SSI, SSA, SSDI, and SSP). This person will manage multiple databases and assist in Quality Improvement task coordination and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong computer, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
• A valid NYS driver's license with two years of driving experience that meets Agency standards is required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
