Overview
Devis is seeking a subject matter expert (journeyman) to join our team in support of the Defense Health Agency Business Operations and Executive Support Services contract. The successful candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert providing specialized knowledge and guidance on strategic workforce planning, human capital management, and business process improvement to support ADHCA operations. This role is contingent upon award and is on site in Falls Church, VA.

Primary Duties
- Provide guidance on strategic IM/IT workforce planning and human capital management
- Support business process development and improvement initiatives
- Apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements
- Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives
- Provide technical expertise in assigned functional areas
- Support development of policies and procedures
- Contribute to organizational improvement initiatives
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and capability development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic IM/IT workforce planning and human capital management
- Proficiency with business process development and improvement
- 3-5 years' experience in strategic planning
- Ability to apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments
- Capacity to handle efficiently and effectively multiple and shifting priorities
- Experience in process analysis and implementation of best practices
- Knowledge of federal healthcare administration systems and policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in business process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, ITIL)
- Experience with healthcare information systems or applications
- Knowledge of healthcare workforce planning and development
- Background in organizational effectiveness or change management
- Experience with DoD healthcare operations or administration
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
- Experience with federal acquisition and contract management
