Job Description Summary:

Position Related Responsibilities and Key Job Duties

  • ITSMobile/SAP Transactions such as open cycle counts/cycle count entry, bin to bin movements/bin to bin simple, close out transfer orders, printing labels/monitor/manage proper labeling, material/SU look ups in SAP/Inventory checks and warehouse managed look ups (WM and IM Inventory).
  • Shipping/Receiving duties such as delegation of staging materials/ingredients for production use, safely unloading Packaging materials/ putting the material away in the proper location/area, the ability to load a truck using ITS Mobile (when needed), know the pallet loading patterns used for shipping, delegation of staging finished goods for customer orders and inspecting trailers/reporting and tracking and inspecting Packaging Materials for non-conformities.
  • Responsible for inventory/monthly cycle counts (managing cycle counts/printing inventory sheets, managing cycle counts/SAP cycle entries, manage and perform dispositions of block stock inventory, schedule and coordinate incoming packaging materials, reporting inventory accuracies and completions), double check cycle counts/report discrepancies, lead year end physical inventories/cycle counts and delegation/assignment of WM and IM managed inventory cycle pre-counts for year-end counts.
  • Completion of all paperwork associated with the Inventory /Administration/Shipping Functions and including but not limited to Material Incident Reports, Cycle Count/Re-Count Forms, Truck Loading log sheet, Check In/Trailer Inspection Form, Certificates of Destruction, Pallet Consolidation Form.
  • Forklift Certified
  • Conduct shift turnover meetings and present relevant data
  • Preparation of multipack criteria sheets
  • Manage movements of materials between COM, BIAGI and AMCAN warehouses
  • Material Incident and reporting; corrective action work; problem solving; analyzing root cause of problems to find solutions.
  • SOP and Training Aid creation/writing; brainstorming and problem solving.
  • Provide various training of new associates: ITSMobile/SAP transactions; evaluation of other associates in the JQM process - retraining and testing them, as needed; safety topic training and JQM preparation on new associates, as needed; Report findings and unsuccessful marks on JQM’s to leadership for further approval and or training.
  • Work with new associates to ensure all processes are properly carried out.
  • Completion of daily sanitation requirements; other job related duties as assigned.

Technical Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge GMP’s and use of chemicals and SDS.
  • Ability to properly drive a forklift.

Eligibility and Additional Requirements

  • Basic reading and writing skills are required.
  • Has completed Inventory JQM Skill Level A and B 
  • Has successfully completed all yearly training matrixes (Current or Prior Year).
  • Must be able to move up to 50 lbs.
