Job Description

The role of the Client Services Representative is critical to the success of customer satisfaction. This position will report to the Client Service Supervisor. Our Client Service Representative provide service through multiple platforms, including phone, email and test messages.  This position is essential to setting the tone for high quality service to customers and contributing to an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment , accountability, quality, and productivity

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
•  One (1) to two (2) years previous experience within a  call center or customer Service
• Capable of understanding and explaining basic customer information.
• Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and typing skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Effective time management and problem solving skills
• Completion of HIPPA training
