TDM Operations Associate

The TDM Associate will support the execution of training-related business initiatives. This includes working closely with the TDM Manager and key stakeholders in creating, revising, and implementing operational processes. Primary responsibilities include project management for the firms in person focused learning programs. This position is responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing timelines, and ensure project goals are met, as well as assisting others in the coordination and execution of learning related tasks and special projects. This position will work closely with the broader TDM team to ensure firm needs are addressed (consistency across lines of business, as appropriate). Coordination with various departments and other resources within the organization will be required as well.

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for creating, revising, implementing, and maintaining documentation of TDM Operation processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders for focused learning programs. Actively seeks and evaluates feedback to identify areas for improvement.

• Leads the planning, execution, and completion of in-person focused learning programs within TDM, as well as various other projects. Collaborate with different departments to ensure that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Deliver in-person programs.

• Executes on tasks related to coordination and maintenance of learning solutions and other learning projects.

• Works with appropriate stakeholders in developing TDM policies.

• Prepares communications or process documentation, utilizing appropriate publications or communication channel.

• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or related experience, required

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong project management skills (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (required)
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills (required)
• Ability to adapt and respond to changing priorities (required)
• Large event organization (preferred)

EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years experience, preferred
• 1-2 years leadership experience preferred
