As a<strong>First Line Support Engineer</strong>, you will be part of a dynamic and technical team focused on delivering state-of-the-art IP and telecom solutions across various industries, from healthcare to hospitality, in Belgium and beyond.</p>Role<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li><strong>Technical Support:</strong>Handle and resolve customer technical issues via phone or ticketing system, ensuring quick and efficient solutions.</li><li><strong>Network Monitoring & Maintenance:</strong>Support the implementation and maintenance of network systems such as WiFi, VoIP, IPTV, and more, while monitoring systems to ensure operational continuity.</li><li><strong>Configuration & Integration:</strong>Assist in the initial configuration of network equipment and ensure seamless integration into existing customer environments.</li><li><strong>Customer Service:</strong>Provide both proactive and reactive support to customers, working closely with the technical team to resolve network issues.</li><li><strong>Solution-Oriented Approach:</strong>Identify and document technical problems, contributing to process improvements to prevent future incidents.</li></ul><p> </p>
Profile<ul><li><strong>Education:</strong>A degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong>At least 1 year of experience in a first-line support role, preferably in a network or telecom environment.</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong>Strong foundational knowledge of network technologies (WiFi, routing, VLANs) and IT infrastructures.</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong>Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.</li><li><strong>Mindset:</strong>Customer-oriented, a team player, and eager to develop further in a technical environment.</li></ul>
